Darelle Fitzpatrick

Manager

Darelle Fitzpatrick has been working in restaurants since she was 15 years old. Darelle began her management career in 2000 when she was promoted from a serving position at the Terrace at the Buccaneer Hotel in St. Croix, USVI.In 2001 Darelle moved to Saratoga Springs and worked seasonally at Siro’s Restaurant.

Darelle has traveled to Hallandale, Florida every winter from 2001-2006 and held various management positions during that time. She began working as a server at Gulfstream Park during the day and at Morton’s Steakhouse at night. Within weeks of starting at Gulfstream Park, Darelle was promoted to the Director of Group Functions and was responsible for private events from groups of 100 – 10,000. In 2005, Darelle was further promoted to the opening General Manager of the Fountain Terrace restaurant inside the new $150 million clubhouse at Gulfstream and simultaneously worked as the Director of Group Sales and Functions.

In November of 2006, Darelle moved to Saratoga Springs permanently. In mid-2007, she accepted the Banquet Manager position at the Saratoga Hotel and was responsible for conferences and events ranging from 20-2,000 guests while overseeing a staff of 40 plus.  Prior to joining DZ Restaurants, Darelle was the Director of Catering and Sales, and Front of the House Manager at Saratoga Polo. She was responsible for all Food and Beverage duties as well as all sales and events.

In April 2009, Darelle accepted the Restaurant Manager position at Forno Bistro. After almost a year at Forno, Darelle transferred to Pasta Pane as the opening General Manager. She was responsible for all hiring, training, wine list and cocktail menu development, and all aspects of the opening. In May 2012, she eagerly took on an active role in the opening of Boca Bistro, DZ Restaurants’ newest location in Saratoga Springs.

Darelle’s management style at Pasta Pane could be aptly described as fair and a team player who pushes her staff to be their best all the while conducting herself professionally.
