Julie Yusavage

General Manager

Julie is a native of Saratoga Springs and has always had a passion for good food. Her very first job happened to be bussing tables at a Porreca family restaurant.
She graduated from NYU with a BA in Spanish & Latin American Literature but slowly came to realize her real passion lay elsewhere.
Julie got her start in baking at the Bread Basket in Saratoga and then moved on to become the Head Baker at Mrs. London's Bakery.
Heading their pastry and bread program for several years, Julie also found her perfect match in Saratoga - executive Chef Nick Yusavage. They are married and have two children.
Eventually the opportunity arose to take a position alongside her husband Nick in the Pasta Pane kitchen. When a management position opened in the front of house, she leapt at the chance to lean into the hospitality side of the restaurant.
She loves the hustle of Saturday nights, greeting familiar faces, and making an ordinary meal something special.
