WELCOME TO PASTA PANE
Owners Nicholas & Nicole Porreca purchased Pasta Pane in October of 2015. They reside in Saratoga Springs with their twins, Sonny and Lila. Pasta Pane is a warm neighborhood restaurant with a focus on fresh, simple cuisine with a passion for taking care of all guests that walk through the door. The Porecca family welcomes guests to enjoy a casual, refined experience, terrific service and a relaxed atmosphere every night.
Our Philosophy
Pasta Pane (or Pasta and Bread) offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, delicious home-style meals, freshly baked bread, and a variety of fresh pasta. The restaurant's design is based on the concept of beauty, warmth, and tradition, with a rustic ambiance created by unpolished stone and raw materials. Inspired by the wood-stone oven, the menu features a wide variety of simple, robust Italian cuisine.
